Brampton, Canada MAYFIELD PHARMACY Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in providing patient care.

Duties: - Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist - Perform medication reconciliation and review patient medication profiles for accuracy.

Maintain accurate inventory of medications and supplies - Provide exceptional patient service and assist with patient education - Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications: - completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program preferred
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations required - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
