Mussio Goodman specializes in personal injury and estate litigation. We are recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Wills and Estates team.

Standard Responsibilities:

- Assist the lawyers and paralegals in all aspects of the Estate files
- Prepare and draft various correspondence
- Scheduling XFD’s, TMCs, trials, mediations and taxations
- Manage document requests
- Interact with clients by phone and in person
- Maintain filing system, paperless client files, and bring forward system

Qualifications:

- Legal Administrative Assistant certificate (optional with experience)
- 1 - 3 years LAA experience preferred
- English oral and written skills
- Experience with Word, PC Law, Excel and Outlook
- Strong administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills
