**The job involves**:

- Repairing and maintaining slot machines, slot monitoring equipment, slot related electronic components and Slot Data Systems
- Maintaining inventory levels and preparing requisitions for spare parts
- Implementation of various slot projects, including installing, moving and removing slot machines, denomination and theme conversions, and upgrading hardware and software
- Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
- Electronic Technician certificate, Technologist or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a related field
- Excellent guest service skills
- Experience in slot machine and electronics repair
- Mechanical experience
- Ability to repair electronic circuit boards
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
