Automotive Detailer

At Kentville Toyota, we strive to offer an unforgettable car-buying experience for all of our customers. That begins with having the right people on our team.

We are currently hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer. The role pays $16.50/hr and requires 5 working days each week. To be successful in this role you should be reliable, professional and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What we expect from you:

- Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below).
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods.
- Complete ongoing training initiatives developed with direct supervisors to improve your skillset.
- Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed.
- Assist us in the management of inventory and reordering of supplies.
- Work with the Sales department to assist in additional shuttle services and various administrative tasks.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Current Drivers license.
- Commitment to work 5 full days from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).
- Experience in automotive detailing or transferrable skills.
- Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.
