You are an enthusiastic and essential part of the team who are responsible for facilitating the educator experience, creating an outstanding client experience through connection.

You have strong assessment skills and provide feedback for clients, are capable of good communication and are agile in adapting to the unpredictable situation and flows of the day-to-day business.

A day in the work
- You are accountable for the experience of your session, team and clients. You ensure that all clients or members receives an outstanding experience, and you speak authentically about the service, product and culture of out community.
- You are punctual and have great time management skills, strategically manage the day-to-day business.
- You can prioritize what needed to be done foremost.
- You are prepared for your sessions and classes such as physical sessions and mandatory documentations.
- You utilize point of sales system, process payment, and issue gifts cards.
- You are aware of the safety policies
- You can resent what program and the fundamental philosophy of the Three Step Fitness and Pilates program.
- You feel comfortable demonstrating basic and advanced physical movements.
- Under the direction of the company director or assistance, you may perform, and complete additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and or by request.

Qualification
- BCAK certification
- _Related 1 year of experience_
- _Must understand you get paid based on hours of actual work such as training_ session or class.
- Must be able to present yourself in social media or public

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
