Sealing/crack Sprayer

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and skilled individuals to join our team

**Duties**:

- Perform asphalt sealing tasks such as driveway prep, crack filling, sealing, line painting
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with crew members to perform duties in an efficient & professional manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in asphalt sealing, labour, painting or general maintenance required
- Ability to operate and maintain sealing equipment - Familiarity with door to door sales

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have cell phone
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks; lifting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and crew members - Must have resided in Kingston for 2 years with knowledge of neighborhoods
- Attention to detail

Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
