Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring proper cash handling procedures - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked - Assist with inventory management and perform stock checks as needed - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or issues in a timely manner - Follow company policies and procedures at all times Skills: - Technical sales experience is preferred - Cashiering experience is a plus - Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Multilingual abilities are an asset, but not required - Proficient in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or directing calls appropriately - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail - Willingness to learn about products and conduct product demos Please note that this is a seasonal position with varying hours based on business needs. **Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
