**Job Description**:
Le Conseiller en santé organisationnelle aura à porter la vision et les orientations de Beneva, en matière de prévention, de santé organisationnelle et de bien-être psychologique auprès de nos clients en assurance collective. Cela se fera notamment à travers la mise en œuvre d’analyses et de stratégies de sensibilisation et d’interventions, visant à soutenir nos assurés, partenaires et organisations clientes dans le déploiement de solutions santé, en milieu de travail.

Vous serez un acteur clé afin de développer des stratégies favorisant la prévention et la santé organisationnelle et en plus d’être une ressource dédiée aux activités portant sur la prévention en santé psychologique au travail.

Venez rejoindre l’équipe la plus dynamique de conseillers en santé organisationnelle (CSO) de notre industrie. Nous déployons expertise et accompagnement en offrant des services-conseils stratégiques et tactiques. Nos interventions s’inscrivent dans tout le continuum de santé visant le développement et le maintien d’une culture de santé forte dans toutes les organisations que nous accompagnons.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:
Services de santé organisationnelle
- Contribuer au développement durable du volet prévention et bien-être psychologique au travers l’ensemble de nos services en santé organisationnelle
- Agir comme ressource dédiée à la prévention en santé psychologique au sein de l’équipe de conseillers en santé organisationnelle.
- Intégrer les stratégies de notre continuum santé et de services, signé Beneva, dans l’ensemble des solutions et de l’accompagnement qu’il propose.
- Proposer des solutions novatrices en matière de santé organisationnelle et de prévention en santé psychologique
- Assurer le maintien et la mise à jour de notre offre en santé psychologique.

Expertise et accompagnement de nos clients
- Élaborer et présenter des analyses en santé organisationnelle (diagnostic, enjeux, recommandations).
- Accompagner nos groupes dans la détermination et la mise en œuvre de plans d’intervention visant l’amélioration de la santé psychologique et la prévention en milieu de travail.
- Effectuer des analyses de tendances en santé organisationnelle (invalidités, médicaments, soins de santé, services d’aide, etc.) et proposer des stratégies et solutions d’amélioration.
- Contribuer au déploiement de notre offre de service de santé organisationnelle auprès de nos clients.
- Développer et animer des formations portant sur la santé organisationnelle et psychologique destinée aux gestionnaires/employés de nos organisations clientes.

Relations d’affaires
- Participe à des présentations auprès de nos partenaires et clients
- Contribuer au développement et au maintien de partenariats d’affaires touchant la santé psychologique au travail à travers différents projets de recherche

Vos talents et qualifications
- Détenir un baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente au rôle (ressources humaines, relations industrielles, science de la santé, etc.)
- Posséder cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente, dont 2 ans comme intervenant ou consultant en milieu de travail
- Avoir développé et diffusé de la formation en entreprise, notamment auprès de gestionnaires.
- Maîtriser les dispositions législatives pertinentes (Loi sur les accidents du travail et les maladies professionnelles, Loi sur les normes, etc.)
- Maitriser des langues française et anglaise, parlé et écrit
- Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office
- Atouts:

- Expérience en assurance collective, gestion de la présence au travail ou gestion de l’invalidité.
- Détenir un titre professionnel (CRHA, CRIA, autre).
- Connaissance des programmes d’aide aux employés.
- Expérience en santé et sécurité.

Ce poste implique des déplacements occasionnels entre nos bureaux (Québec, Montréal et Toronto)
