We're a small, client-focused construction company based in Lions Bay, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as full-time Carpentry Apprentices.
At our company, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality work, and our loyal clients are willing to wait years to work with us. Since our founding in 2007, our crews have been known for producing quality work that sets us apart from the competition. Our crews get fully booked months in advance, and this year has been no exception.
We're looking for team members who are committed to producing their best quality work, have a good attitude, and can work in a team environment as well as alone. We believe in investing in our team members and offer competitive wages, benefits after three months, TFSA/RRSP contributions and company-sponsored team building events. We require all applicants to have a valid class 5 driver's license with reliable private transportation to get to our works yard. But if you're ready to work hard and grow in your career, we want to hear from you
Here's what we're looking for:
- Fluent English skills
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record
- Steel-toed safety boots and other PPE
- Own set of basic tools
- Rain gear/cold weather gear
- A commitment to constantly learning and improving yourself
- A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment as well as alone
- Effective interpersonal skills such as reliability, punctuality, judgement, and being client-focused
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in high-end custom residential work
- Occupational first aid certification

Responsibilities (depending on position):
- Working from drawings or instructions from the Site Superintendent
- Adherence to all company and WCB safety regulations
- Residential demolition and site clean-up
- Build and install platforms, scaffolding, ramps, and ladders
- Exterior work such as decks, railings, windows, doors, porches, roofing, siding, excavations, waste removal, and landscaping
- Interior work such as foundations including ICF, floor beams, flooring, framework, drywall, cabinetry, tile, minor plumbing and electrical, and timber frame design
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Working with or around heavy equipment such as excavators and cranes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
