**About us**

Elemenoe is an interdisciplinary clinic in Waterloo supporting children with developmental delays, including autism, to meet their full potential.
- Develop treatment plans and goals with clients.
- Support assessing clients
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team;
- Aids in activities related to clinicial supervision and training;
- Designs and develops individualized programming;
- Conduct skill acquisition and behaviour reduction assessments;
- Write and facilitate staff performance evaluations in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and management;
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills on a regular basis;
- Complete regular consultations with clients;
- Effectively communicate with parent and caregivers regarding client progress;
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviours;
- Provide initial and ongoing staff education and training on client behavioural needs and professional skills;
- Provide supervision of staff performing 1:1 direct therapy with clients;
- Discuss assessment results and goals with clinical team and family;
- Exercise sound clinical judgement.

Successful applicants must:

- Be enrolled in or completed a Master's degree related to ABA
- Have an Ontario driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-37.5 per week
