**About the role**
As a Bartender (we call them Hospitality Ambassadors) you will help to ensure all customers on our gaming floor are well taken care of and get the five-star service that keeps them coming back for more. You will be the face of SkyCity, responsible for interacting with our customers and players across the casino, taking food and drink orders and ensuring all their needs are met while promoting our fantastic menu.
You will also;
- Direct and support all customer enquiries as required
- Operate the till and take payments
- Be comfortable being on your feet and on the move for long periods
- Promote responsible gaming and alcohol consumption at all times
- Provide support when we are hosting functions
- Ensure the gaming floor and service areas are kept clean, tidy, and inviting
This is a Full Time opportunity, working 40 hours per week including nights and weekends. Friday and Saturday night availability is essential for this role.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have great interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
- Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements
- Have previous alcohol service experience, or the willingness to learn to pour that perfect drink Paid training is provided
