Le(la) technicien(ne) sur site IT/OT est responsable du soutien technique et de la résolution d’incidents et de demandes concernant des utilisateurs finaux. Il est membre du groupe "IT END USER PLANT" composé des utilisateurs finaux de TI en usine.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Traiter rapidement les incidents et les demandes en vue d’assurer la satisfaction des utilisateurs, d’éliminer les temps d’arrêt et d’éviter les dépassements de coûts.
- Effectuer l’installation, la configuration, l’entretien et le dépannage pour un vaste éventail de matériel et de problèmes liés aux logiciels.
- Cerner, reproduire et analyser des problèmes liés au soutien, qui sont complexes ou transmis à un échelon supérieur, jusqu’à leur résolution, en effectuant l’affectation des cas ou en prenant en charge ceux-ci, selon le niveau de gravité.
- Tenir à jour l’inventaire de son établissement et veiller au respect des procédures de gestion des stocks.
- Auprès des superviseurs, des gestionnaires et/ou des utilisateurs finaux, assurer la communication en temps opportun des problèmes, défaillances, mises à niveau ou remplacements afin de veiller à la compréhension des intervenants et à la planification.
- Superviser le travail et le rendement des sous-traitants informatiques. Veiller au respect des normes de l’entreprise et à l’exécution des travaux selon les niveaux de qualité les plus élevés.
- Maintenir une bonne communication avec les utilisateurs finaux et fournir une formation continue.
- Maintenir la documentation de référence à jour dans le site SharePoint des TI et l'intranet corporatif.
- Déterminer et signaler les éléments susceptibles d'être améliorés. Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des changements pertinents.
- Appuyer les environnements de production et contribuer à l’entretien de ceux-ci (le cas échéant).
- Établir une bonne communication avec la direction de l’usine afin d’assurer la satisfaction des besoins en matière de TI.
- Appuyer les normes de TI et aider le Service des TI à reconnaître les domaines o๠il faut ajouter des normes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d’automatisation en usine afin de créer une excellente synergie des TI et des TO.

- Diplôme de niveau collégial dans un domaine pertinent
- Minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience pertinente
- Connaissance des concepts et éléments fondamentaux des réseaux TCP/IP (sous-réseaux IP, VLAN et routage élémentaire).
- Compréhension des technologies Windows Server (protocole d’accès à distance RDP, adressage par domaines, protocole DHCP, gestion de configuration avec System Center Configuration Manager, outils d’administration à distance)
- Connaissance des systèmes d’automatisation (Rockwell, Wonderware, etc.) est un atout.
- quate du francÌ-ais est requise pour les postes offerts au Québec.
