- Set up and operate bindery equipment such as folding machines, cutting machines, stitching machines, and collators
- Monitor machine operations to ensure that products are produced according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret job orders.
- Familiarity with bindery equipment operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

**Skills**:

- Packaging experience is desirable

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
