**Working Title**:Order Picker-Forklift Operator

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

**JOB DUTIES AND TASKS**

**1. Order Picking**:

- Retrieve products from designated storage areas based on pick lists or orders.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures and shipping requirements.

**2. Forklift Operation**:

- Operate a forklift to safely move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other containers as needed.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and movements.
- Assist with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and other inventory-related tasks as assigned.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Operate equipment and machinery in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and other relevant safety standards.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with warehouse team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other stakeholders to coordinate workflow and resolve issues as needed.

**6. All other related duties/tasks as required.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including order picking and forklift operation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
