**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Program Support Coordinator

**Status**: Full-Time Support

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**: Education and Training Solutions (ETS)

**Campus/Location**: North Campus

**Payband/Hourly Rate**: FT Support F: $28.56 - $33.11

**What you will do**:
In this position, the incumbent will also provide project coordination and logístical support for program/service delivery, working with multiple team members and program partners and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Education**:
**Experience**:

- Experience with compiling and analyzing research-based data from various sources, producing reports;
- Experience with proof reading communications;
- Experience in interpreting policies and procedures;
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to use office equipment - phone, photocopier, printer, fax and troubleshoot technical minor problems;
- Experience working in post-secondary institution is an asset; and,
- Strong education background is an asset.

- Professional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Banner)
- Precise and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
