Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and finish drywall panels, including measuring, cutting, and fitting panels to specified dimensions.
- Secure drywall panels to studs or joists using appropriate tools and techniques, such as screws, nails, or adhesive.
- Sand and smooth the surface of drywall to achieve a uniform texture and prepare it for painting or wallpapering.
- Repair damaged or flawed drywall panels, ensuring a seamless integration with the existing structure.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as painters and electricians, to coordinate and complete projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to minimize workplace hazards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and materials related to drywall installation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Drywall Installer or similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and tools.
- Proficiency in accurately measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall panels to ensure a precise fit.
- Strong understanding of taping, mudding, and sanding techniques to achieve a smooth finish.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy drywall panels.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
