**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES**
- Lead the sourcing (RFP), bid evaluation, selection, procurement and fulfillment of labor services and subcontracts required on the project;
- Ensure that purchase order and contract terms and conditions incorporate all commercial, technical, schedule, performance, quality, HSE etc. requirements, including flow down of the terms and conditions of the Design and Build prime contracts as and when required;
- Lead negotiations with suppliers;
- Responsible for PO placement and PO revision management in the procurement system (ASAP);
- Responsible for the verification and follow up on the status of all PO deliverables and communication to appropriate stakeholders;
- Lead claim notification and resolution process, as required;
- Act as liaison between Suppliers and the technical leads/project managers/site managers during execution to ensure technical requirements, schedules, EVA (earned value) and cost targets are fully achieved;
- Act as liaison between Suppliers and Field Services and Project Controls to support the update/revision of project schedules;
- Perform evaluations of potential suppliers including researching historical performance and financial strength;
- Ensure that purchase orders are approved in accordance with Andritz policies and execute the purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure compliance of the invoicing process by supplier and facilitate payment process as required.
- Query and update subcontractor standing in ISN and any other company databases.

**COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance;
- Three (3) years’ experience in procurement of subcontracted services;
- Experience in medium to large infrastructure construction projects;
- Experience in procurement of large equipment/parts;
- Experience in management of commercial contracts;
- Experience in negotiations and claim management;
- Ability to organize, coordinate, lead;
- Strong analytics skills to evaluate complex data sets and resolve issues;
- Ability to clearly communicate, deliver presentations, simplify, explain variances and issues to a team and propose solutions;
- Experience with Primavera P6;
- Has experience working in Excel and MS Office;
- Willingness to travel as necessary for short assignments;
- Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written.
- Legal status to work in Canada is required.
