Position: Bench Technician
**Duties / Responsibilities**:
- Learn to build/assemble new alternators, wind turbines, other DC products
- Test new products after assembly and prepare/package products for shipping
- Learn to diagnose products returned or not performing to specifications
- Learn to weld brackets/small parts
- Clean the shop as needed and assist other workers as required
- Other duties assigned by managers
**Qualifications**:
- Need to have electronic and mechanical aptitude
- Some welding experience would be an asset
- Detail oriented and work to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient Computerskills
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Punctual, dependable
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
