**Position Details**:
The **Associate, Remarketing Project and Admin Support (contract 4-6 months)** will offer administrative support to all areas across remarketing: Upstream and Downstream (Auctions) along with taking on project-related support activities. In this role, the associate will work with lease returns, grounding, and auction sales: prepping vehicles for sale, monitoring queues, providing responses and resolution to issues and questions, reporting, along with coordinating internally within remarketing. The associate will be a motivated self-starter with experience in the Microsoft suite of products, project coordination, and customer/stakeholder communication. Automotive industry/vehicle remarketing knowledge is highly preferred but not mandatory.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day to Day Operations Support: Grounding, inspection, and transportation support, auction vehicle prep, pre & post-sale activities, resolving incoming requests and queries, administrative support
- Project Support: Support project delivery and launch efforts. Projects will be focused on improving dealer experience through digital offerings, remarketing process improvement/optimization, and automation.
- Reporting: Manage reports to share with vendors and suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience preferably in the automotive industry, banking, or financial services
- Vehicle remarketing knowledge and experience is preferred. Strong understanding of the Leasing industry.
- 2 years' experience with project coordination or management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong MS suite experience
- Demonstrated strength in organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5J 2M3
