Position: Delivery Driver

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport bouncy castles and equipment to and from event locations using pickup trucks, trailers, and 3 or 5-ton box trucks.
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 4 individuals on-site during setup and teardown of bouncy castles.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct pre and post-trip checks to guarantee the safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
- Efficiently load and unload trucks to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Possess the strength and stamina to handle heavy weights for extended periods during setup and teardown.
- Maintain a clean driving record and uphold the highest standards of road safety.
- Have a Class 5 driver's license and be at least 25 years of age.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team during setup and teardown activities.
- Proficient in adhering to safety regulations and ensuring all necessary safety measures are taken.
- Previous experience with driving pickup trucks, trailers, and box trucks for delivery purposes.
- Forklift license is considered an asset.
- First aid certification is considered an asset.
- Air brakes certification is considered an asset.

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- delivery driving: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
