Yellowknife Motors is seeking a Service Manager to lead our amazing team of technicians and advisors. Our Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Automotive Service Departments. They hire, train and lead their teams to meet and exceed Customer expectations. The Service Manager oversees the Service Advisors, Warranty Team, and Technician Teams.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in providing exceptional Customer Service.
- Develops and maintains a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching, and talent management.
- Reviews and implements service center policies and procedures that improve the Customer Experience through high quality repairs and building customer relationships.
- Develops and implements a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers.
- Coaches team members to provide excellent Customer Service.
- Recruits, develops, motivates, recognizes and holds accountable the Service Team that will meet established objectives and targets for sales and profitability.
- Improves sales and profitability for the Service Centre.
- High level negotiation resolution.
- Champions compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies.
- Promotes service safety and security procedures.
- Other duties (as required) assigned by Management
- Relocation to Yellowknife, NT

Qualifications:

- GM experience is considered an asset.
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Automotive Service industry.
- Minimum 3 Years Management experience in the Automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Clean Drivers Abstract.
- Automotive Technicians License an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
