Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. is property management company in Sudbury specializing in apartment buildings. Greater Sudbury Property Management is looking for a **Cleaner/Painter **to clean and help with painting their apartments as they turnover.

**The Position**:
The **Cleaner/Painter **position is responsible for cleaning units, painting units and more.

We are looking for a full-time **Cleaner, Painter **who has a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and cell phone. We are offering $17.25 per hour.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monthly common area cleanings
- Cleaning units during turnovers
- Minor painting
- Coordinate Dump Runs, Bag tenant belongings that were left behind
- Inspecting units according to GSPM guidelines and checklist
- Sending photos to the office for approval of final unit

**Required Skills**:

- Be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond to a deadline
- Be dependable and flexible
- Must have a vehicle and cell phone

Valid driver's license, no criminal record, and having your own vehicle and cell phone are required.
