**Position**:
General Labourer of an asphalt paving and maintenance crew.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting and learning various services including asphalt paving and repair.
- Line painting, asphalt crack filling, and seal coating.
- Transitioning into commercial snow removal during winter months.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A hard worker, with a positive attitude and the drive to learn new skills, and grow with a rapidly expanding company.
- Driver's license not required but appreciated.
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- lift 20-40 lbs consistently if they needed too.
- Past asphalt experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Asphalt Paving and Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Calgary, AB (preferred)
