**Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Office Cleaning**

**Wage**: $19.50 per hour
**Location**:Baxter Place, Burnaby
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday (Earliest Start time is 5pm)
**Hours**: 3 hours per session. 15 hours per week.

Mandatory qualifications:

- You own a smartphone with data
- You own and drive a vehicle
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors

Preferred qualifications:

- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
