Flight Dispatcher

Personnel hired by Fox Flight Inc. Air Ambulance will be responsible to ensure coordination of communication and dispatch procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Working hours - Shift Work, 12 Shifts, Days and Nights
- Responsible for answering incoming calls, and maintaining and exercising professional standards.
- Provide necessary information to relevant parties, while maintain confidentiality standards.
- Communicate with other agencies (e.g. travel agency, transportation companies, customs, FBO's, handlers, etc ), in planning the logistics of a trip.
- Initiate and maintain all logistics needed to prepare for the transport/repatriation of our clients.
- Keep up-to-date the schedule of availability.
- Monitor and amend logistics for all ongoing trips.
- Communicate with staff members regarding trips and repatriations.
- Prepare all paperwork necessary for all trips (with exemptions to forms needed to be filled out/ initialed by senior staff).
- Communicate with senior management when problem solving and when reports are required.
- Do other duties as required/requested.
- To participate in Fox Flight's Quality Assurance Program.

Responsible to carry out duties in accordance with the directions of the Medical Director / Communications Director / Director of Operations.

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
