Le technicien/assistant qualité sera principalement chargé d'aider le responsable AQ et la conformité dans leurs activités quotidiennes. Cela comprend, sans s'y limiter, les tâches suivantes
- Superviser et gérer tous les problèmes liés à la qualité des produits (par exemple, traitement conforme, coordination des rappels, enquêtes sur les déviations, etc.) et faire rapport au PAQ.
- Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures opératoires normalisées (PON) et d'autres documents, y compris les modifications.
- Supervise et assure la traçabilité des produits individuels en cours de fabrication et des produits finis ; suivi des stocks
- S'assurer de l'état d'étalonnage des équipements et des instruments.
- Évaluer et approuver l'assainissement de l'équipement et de la production.
- Responsable de la libération des lots et s'assurer que tous les contrôles de qualité et les tests nécessaires ont été effectués. Examiner les rapports d'analyse, travailler avec le PAQ pour signer les libérations.
- S'assurer qu'un système de gestion de la qualité (SGQ) efficace est en place, mis en œuvre, surveillé et évalué pour atteindre les objectifs de qualité de l'entreprise.
- Qualifier les systèmes de qualité des fournisseurs et aider à gérer tous les matériaux contrôlés.
- Aider à contrôler la conformité des services internes aux systèmes et protocoles de gestion de la qualité.
- Aider à former les employés aux procédures de qualité.

The Quality Assurance Technician/Assistant will be primarily responsible for helping the QA manager and compliance with their day-to-day activities. This includes but is not limited to:

- Oversees and manages all product quality related issues (e.g. complaint handling, recall coordination, change control, investigations on deviations, etc.) and reports to QAP
- Helps with writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents, including amendments
- Oversees and ensures traceability of individual in-process and finished products; Inventory Tracking
- Ensures calibration status of equipment and instruments
- Evaluates and approves sanitation of equipment and production
- Responsible for batch release and ensuring that all the necessary Quality Control checks and tests have been performed. Reviews analytical reports, works along side QAP for signing off releases.
- Ensure an effective Quality Management System (QMS) is in place, implemented, monitored and evaluated to achieve company’s quality objectives.
- Qualify vendor quality systems and help manage all controlled materials
- Help to monitor in-house department compliance with quality management systems and protocols.
- Help train employees in Quality procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in BioScience, Pharmaceuticals, Food ; relevant education
