1. Zoner le rayon. 2. Faire la rotation des produits et vérifier les dates de péremption. 3. S’assurer que la marchandise a les bonnes étiquettes et les bonnes affiches. 4. Adhérer aux normes et aux directives relatives à la conformité de la chaîne frigorifique, à l’étalonnage des thermomètres, à l’enregistrement de la température, à la manipulation des aliments, à la rotation des produits et aux dates de péremption. 5. Respecter les procédures relatives à la salubrité alimentaire et à la manipulation des aliments ainsi que suivre les procédures de nettoyage et d’assainissement. 6. Suivre les bonnes procédures pour les commandes, la liquidation, les majorations et les démarques, l'affichage, les affichettes, les prix et les étiquettes. 7. S'assurer que ce rayon est bien approvisionné avec la marchandise et prêt pour accueillir les clients. 8. Respecter les lignes directrices sur la santé et la sécurité.
