10 Star Agency is currently recruiting for a few outgoing **Brand Ambassadors** in the Toronto area to be the face of a new brand at events and promotions, facilitate product demos, giveaways in the launch of a new cpg product.

10 Star Agency is a burgeoning, full-service experiential marketing agency founded in 2010. We are an entertainment-focused agency offering our clients strategy, development, production, and field execution of festivals, events, on-premise, and street-level activations. Our network of associates are steeped in the local culture, at the forefront of technology and emerging trends which enable us to deliver beyond ordinary experiences for our clients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the driving force behind brand visibility and engagement. The position requires a highly motivated team player who will be responsible for achieving company objectives through exemplary behavior in the field, including customer service, sales generation, product knowledge and presentation.

The position requires someone with a friendly, outgoing personality, a customer service mentality, and, above all, the ability to be positive and talk to everyone around you. No hard selling - it's about engaging with the customers, being knowledgeable about the products, give them details about the products and the company.

We are looking for social, intelligent, energetic, and reliable brand representatives, who have a background or an interest in sales, marketing, and local program activation/demonstration work.
- **Hourly rate DOE, plus a monthly car allowance, cell allowance and quarterly bonuses upon completion of KPIs.**_
- **Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM & 12 PM - 8 PM SHIFTS**_

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:

- Engage with customers at various events and promotional campaigns
- Building brand awareness through 1-on-1 consumer engagement
- Distribute product at events and direct to potential consumers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
- Participates in team training to execute business results
- Educate potential consumers (while responding their unprompted questions)

**CAN THIS BE YOUR BRAND AMBASSADOR ROLE?**
- Are you legally entitled to work in Canada?
- **Do you have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to drive? (Car allowance paid)**:

- Ability to work under a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Self-Motivated, comfortable working independently.
- Excellent time management to complete tasks.
- Results driven and energetic, able to set goals and achieve them through your passion and commitment.
- Outgoing, sociable, and connected.
- Passion for marketing and brands.
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
