Health Educator/promoter

The Athens District Family Health Team is committed to improving the health of area residents by offering a variety of comprehensive primary health care services and programs delivered by a team of multi-disciplinary professionals. At the core of these services is a first-class prevention and early intervention program along with several specialized chronic disease programs, working in collaboration with allied health staff and community health and social services partners.

Applicants must have proficient computer skills working in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have the ability to compile statistics and perform analysis of data from measurement outcomes of health programs. Previous experience working in an electronic medical record is an asset.

Successful applicants with a clinical background in any of following will be considered:

- Primary or community health nursing
- Diabetes educator
- Degree in Health Promotion

**Salary**: $31.00 per hour
