The Order Fulfillment Associate reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Coordinator and is responsible for performing tasks involving management or movement of inventory between work areas, storage & shipping. The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the transferring of product, and order processing & fulfillment according to our established procedures and protocols.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liquid Processing of Cannabis
- Handling fluid cannabis in vessels up to 12 kg
- Blending liquid cannabis and flavouring agents and/or carrier oils
- Running an automated liquid product filler (e.g. vape cartridges)
- Transporting cannabis between production environments in a sanitary fashion
- Accurately document all work performed as directed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs)
- Record keeping and data collection (e.g. lab environment; equipment usage & calibration)
- Execute the routine process hygiene tasks for the DSP (Downstream Processing) Lab, including routine cleaning and sanitization of the lab and its equipment, and appropriate disposal of cannabis waste materials
- Operate in a safe and compliant manner and adhere to Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Expectations**:

- Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong computer skill, ability to use a smart phone with ease

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or manufacturing experience
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Grade 12 or GED
- Drivers license or reliable form of transportation

**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
- Overtime available as needed
- Indoor conditions
- Frequently lift a minimum of 30 lbs without assistance
