**Full-Time Associate Dentist - Great Slave Dental Clinic - Yellowknife, NT, Canada**

Join our team at Great Slave Dental Clinic, a cornerstone of dental care in downtown Yellowknife since 2001. With a commitment to comprehensive patient care, our clinic offers a supportive team environment ideal for a new graduate looking to thrive from day one or an experienced dentist aiming to contribute to a dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
A Full-Time Associate Dentist position is available at Great Slave Dental Clinic in downtown Yellowknife, from April 15th onwards. Established in 2001, our clinic includes a Principal Dentist, 2 full-time Hygienists, and 2 full-time Associate Dentists. We are proud to be the highest-rated clinic in Yellowknife on Google with a 4.8-star review, showcasing our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery **(BDS)** or Doctor of Dental Surgery **(DDS)** or Doctor of Dental Medicine **(DMD)** Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada **(NDEB) **equivalency process
- Registered and licensed in good standing with our territorial regulatory body and eligible to practice clinical dentistry in our province
- 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred, but **new graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply**:

- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and professional integrity
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Dedication to staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in dentistry

**A generous Compensation Package includes**:

- 40% Monthly Commission on Fees Received, net of Lab Fees.
- **$20,000 Relocation Bonus** paid over the first 12 months.
- Initial **2 months' Rental Accommodation Expense**, upon arrival in Yellowknife.
- Airfare to Yellowknife.
- **Continuing Education** Course in Western Canada after 12 months’ Employment including the Return Airfare, Hotel, and Course Registration Fee.
