Swim Instructor

**Duties**:

- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and water safety
- Create lesson plans and develop appropriate activities to enhance learning
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a physical education or childcare setting
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Experience or knowledge in other sports such as basketball, martial arts, cheerleading, or judo is a plus
- Ability to climb in and out of the pool and lift equipment as needed
