Willow Insurance Corp is a locally owned and operated Insurance brokerage. We show our commitment to our community and to our customers by prioritizing quality services and proven customer service. We take pride in our goal of detailing strategies that best fit each client’s needs protecting them, their families and their assets.
We are currently looking for a CSR/Restricted Auto Broker. Previous experience would
driven, and must maintain systems. They will also need to embrace broker management
system technology and work well with the challenge of deadlines.
Below is a description of responsibilities but not limited to:
- Key Willow Insurance customer care contact
- Acquire, establish and maintain professional client relationships
- Evaluate clients’ motor licence insurance needs and provide advice accordingly
- Processing and administering changes to autofund client needs
- Invoicing, collecting client receivables and data entry
- Motor licence issuing
Qualifications:
- Minimum Restricted Auto broker licence is preferred however training may be
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage and maintain multiple processes
- Enjoy providing superior client service
- Professional attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
