We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Residential Cleaning Service Employee. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and tidy environment for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes.

2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to established standards.

3. Change linens, make beds, and tidy up living spaces.

4. Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables in a proper manner.

5. Complete special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor or client.

6. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their cleaning preferences are met.

7. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or replenishment needs.

8. Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of protective equipment.

9. Follow established procedures for maintaining confidentiality and security of clients' homes.

10. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or feedback from clients professionally and promptly.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field preferred.

2. Ability to work independently and efficiently while following detailed cleaning instructions.

3. Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.

4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

5. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.

6. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes. (Must have own vehicle)

7. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

8. Willingness to undergo background checks or screenings as required by the employer.

9. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as needed.

10. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect for clients'

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.30 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
