- Build and maintain relationships with pet parents.
- Provide pet parents with product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase sales.
- Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet owners online and over the phone.
- Delight pet parents by making personalized recommendations for their pet’s nutrition.

- Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets and pet nutrition.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Be a great communicator eager to engage with pet owners.
- Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
