**_Job brief_**

**_Responsibilities_**
- Prepare and cook various authentic Japanese cuisine dishes such as grilled meats and vegetables and deep fried (tempura) fish, seafood and vegetables
- Prepare, cook and properly present cold and hot Japanese cuisine appetizers
- Ensure proper portion sizes and that servings are of the highest food quality
- Ensure kitchen is clean and safe for food preparation in accordance with the company health and safety guidelines

**_Job Terms_**
- Job Type: Permanent Full-time
- Work Location: 30 St. Patrick Street, Toronto, ON M5T 3A3
- Shift Requirement: 4:00 pm to finish around 11:00 pm, 5 days a week.
- Compensation: $19-$21/h depends on experience, plus tips

**_Qualifications_**
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in preparing and cooking authentic Japanese cuisine
- Must have skill in decorating and presentation of authentic Japanese dishes
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on the required shifts
