Project Qhse Manager

**Job description**:
We have a current opportunity for a Project QHSE manager on a contract basis. The position will be based in Surrey.
- Establish project-specific systems, including documentation to demonstrate compliance with Contractor and Company policies and procedures
- Provide incident support by liasing with the medic onboard, Offshore Construction Manager (OCM) and contracting company.
- Review and report on all incidents on the project: a key role in project incident reviews and investigations
- Advise on QHSE legislation and liaise with regulatory bodies, where required
- Review statistics, and issue monthly reports to required departments
- Conduct Management Reviews of the project QHSE management system on a monthly basis to ensure the project QHSE management system is functioning as planned and act to change if considered appropriate
- Establish QHSE related manpower requirements, in conjunction with the SCM, Fabrication and Operations teams for the scope of work
- Develop Project QHSE internal and external audit schedule(s)
