Construction Cleaner

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas using hand tools and power tools as needed
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as washing floors and removing trash
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs required
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Experience with heavy lifting and use of hand tools

Join our team as a Cleaner and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-07-15
