We are looking for a **Customer Success Coordinator** which will be considered as an administrative role within the Business development team. The primary function of the role is to be engaged with the new and existing customers in partnership with other members of the business development team, or independently. The Account Coordinator is responsible for different components relating to customer care, working with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Operations) to deliver our contracted or ad-hoc services within the agreed SLA and to the customer's satisfaction. Support includes, but is not limited to, account set-up and Lot creation, managing/facilitating shipments from customers, and providing required documentation, and supporting the efficient and effective management of new and existing specified customer accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all facets of new account set up, work with various internal department, including but not limited to Finance, Operations, Logistics etc. to ensure expectations are met
- Act as a resource to resolve problems and provide creative solutions to maximize department efficiencies and processes
- Ensure operations teams have been provided with processing instructions and all customer specific requirements are met
- Work with the business development team establishing requirements for the customers at the local, national and international level, providing strategic information to Quantum leadership
- Leverage key relationships to explore and uncover new opportunities and areas for improvement within existing customer base
- Deliver recommendations and make strategic and financial recommendations to secure business
- Proactively manage contract renewal process, and negotiation steps within Quantum, ensuring appropriate involvement from business development and operations
- Support and drive the RFP/RFQ responses for local and Corporate/National clients in collaboration with the appropriate business development, logistics, and operations staff
- Provide support to the facility managers and executive teams while looking for new opportunities to grow the business
- Work within Quantum's database to generate accurate and timely reports to send to customers. These reports may include but are not limited to: Batch settlement reports, Data Security Certificates, Certificates of Recycling, Asset Lists, and Lot settlement reports

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in administration or related fields
- 1-3 years of Administration, Account Coordinator or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
