Education: Completion of high school, completion of College/Technical Training Program
Experience: 3-5 Years

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great attention to detail. You will be assisting a Paint Finisher by performing simpler and more routine duties pf the trade, closely supervised while tasks are being learned. Will be performing such tasks under less supervision once they have been perfected.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY, SKILL, EXPERIENCE**:
- Must be able to interpret the designer/architect and/or the client’s drawings to produce detailed shop drawings
- Making changes to drawings during production
- Researching shop/client materials
- Coming up with creative solutions
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Engineering Manager
- Must have at least 5 years of drafting experience in the wood products manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software trends
- Experience in millwork and custom cabinetry. Applicants with this experience are preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural millwork drawings
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Great multi-tasker
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of millwork materials
- Time management skills, with attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
**Salary**: $17.95-$31.06 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodbridge, ON L4L 8P4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
- drafting: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
