Bindery Worker

**Job Overview**

**Position Details**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Weekend shifts are available with flexible hours depending on the workload.
- **Total Hours**: Varies based on production needs

**Responsibilities**
- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers to finish printed materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Fabricate components as needed for specific projects.
- Package finished products securely for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts to move materials within the warehouse as required.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in fabrication techniques relevant to bindery processes.
- Proficient in packaging methods to ensure product integrity during transport.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Basic machining skills are a plus for equipment maintenance and adjustments.
- Forklift operation experience preferred, with valid certification being an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the print industry is a must.
- Strong communication skills and physical ability are essential.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
