Allure Spa is hiring a dedicated receptionist

Hours: Part time OR full time (Mon-Fri)

Wage: Starting wage will be based on experience & raises will be based on performance, skills and abilities.

Do you love people and beauty? We are looking for a passionate, warm, kindhearted and hard working person to join our spa team on reception.

The position would start part time, likely leading into full time.

We are happy to provide training for the perfect fit, so no previous experience is necessary, its just an asset

Great people skills is really important so we can give our clients the best possible experience from start to finish
Applicant MUST be:

- Self motivated & driven
- Reliable
- Organized and able to multitask
- Bubbly and able to speak to people confidently
- & a genuine personality is super important too
- Naturally positive and a happy person

On reception you would be doing tasks such as:

- Checking clients in and out & rebooking
- Answering phone calls, texts and social media messages
- Keeping a clean and organized work space
- Bringing clients welcome drinks
- Preparing aftercare and retail bundles, new client welcome bags, etc.
- Overall, helping the team so the spa can run as smooth as possible.
- Opening and closing the spa
- Cleaning Tasks
- Occasionally shipping products at the post office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
