**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Structual Drafter-MBS to join our team. As a Structual Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize software such as Revit, Sketchup, and CAD to create detailed drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements
- Develop 2D animations and schematics for visualization purposes
- Assist in the creation of build plans using software like NavisWorks and MicroStation
- Incorporate feedback from team members to make necessary revisions
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and Civil 3D for specific project needs

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, CAD, and other drafting software
- Experience with NavisWorks, MicroStation, and SolidWorks is a plus
- Ability to create detailed 2D animations and schematics
- Strong understanding of Civil 3D for civil engineering projects
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
- drafting: 2 years (required)
- Metal Building Software (MBS): 1 year (preferred)
