Job Posting: Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

**Location**: Vancouver
**Salary Range**: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's partnerships;
- Conduct business negotiations with potential clients and establish long-term collaborations.
- **Marketing Campaign Planning**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns;
- Plan and implement brand promotion activities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create promotional materials such as posters, advertisements, and digital assets;
- Ensure consistent brand image and optimize visual content as needed.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather market insights and competitor information to provide actionable recommendations;
- Understand customer needs and analyze market trends to support business strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; relevant work experience is a plus;
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently handling business discussions;
- A creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; familiarity with the local market is preferred.
