**WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?**
- Evaluate bodywork prior to starting the refinish
- Prepare the damaged area of the vehicle for painting
- The use of all prep products according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures
- Check all parts to ensure that they are all on site and correct for the repair assigned
- Protect the vehicle from primer and overspray and any removal of overspray as necessary
- Use all paint-related products according to the manufacturer’s recommended procedures
- Color match and mix paint according to vehicle’s specifications and insurance guidelines
- Refinish and blend, according to vehicle’s original factory specifications
- Completion of all refinishing per the estimate or work order in a timely manner and using proper repair methods

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?**

Working within our production team means you need to have the right skills and qualifications:

- Experience with automotive refinishing.
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented, pro-active and open to learning new technical collision prep techniques
- Work independently without close supervision
- Flexible/adaptable to constant change
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace and surrounding area
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Valid “G” driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
