Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting training and orientation of all food preparation staff.
- Support Department Managers with all Food Safety issues concerning but not limited to: Food Safety standards

compliance, safe food handling, recipe adherence, critical temperature control, workflow and department process

organization.
- Regular Food Safety department audits, action plans and additional training and follow-up.
- Daily food safety log inspections, with follow-ups and coaching conversations.
- Assist in set up of new programs.
- Adhere to company standards and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedule ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Three (3) to Five (5) years’ food handling experience in a supervisory role.
- Must hold valid Food Safety and HACCP training certifications.
- Previous management experience in the retail industry is an asset.
- Exemplary customer relations skills.
- Courses in merchandising or business management would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
