As a Reservation Specialist at Haliburton Cottage Rentals, you will serve as our guests' primary point of contact, facilitating a smooth and enjoyable holiday planning process. This role involves handling inquiries, managing bookings, and providing personalized travel recommendations while maintaining an enthusiastic and service-oriented demeanor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Management**: Assist guests in choosing and booking cottages that align with

their preferences and requirements, backed by thorough knowledge of our offerings.
- **Transaction Handling**: Efficiently process all aspects of reservations, including

bookings, payments, and security deposits.
- **Travel Consulting**: Offer tailored travel advice and local suggestions, enhancing guests'

vacation experiences.
- **Operational Coordination**: Collaborate with property management teams to guarantee

that accommodations meet our stringent standards.
- **Issue Resolution**: We actively address and resolve any concerns that arise during

guests' interactions with our service, aiming for superior guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service or hospitality, with a preference for individuals

experienced in managing Airbnb or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, delivering clear and friendly verbal and written interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to organize effectively, pay close attention to details, and juggle

multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A personable and warm demeanor that translates well over the phone and through

written communications.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in vacation rental, travel, and hospitality industry.
- Well-versed in the Haliburton Highlands attractions, providing guests with authentic local

insights.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce

or HubSpot, enhancing customer interactions and operational efficiency.
