**Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SCADA replacement projects, including user manuals, system operation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other technical staff to gather information and understand the technical details of the SCADA replacement program.
- Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easily understood by the target audience, including both technical and non-technical users.
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Use various tools and software to manage and publish documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and industry best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and review sessions to stay updated on system changes and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in areas of Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably with experience in SCADA system or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, including hardware, software, and networking aspects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as r, Microsoft Word and Confluence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
