This position will begin as a 25 hour/week part-time position, with the potential to move to full-time within 3 months of hiring.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality and Crafty Ramen standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Execute orders cleanly, precisely and quickly
- Keep a neat and tidy personal appearance daily, this is an open kitchen
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Close the kitchen on a regular basis

Qualifications:

- 2 years experience as a line cook in a full service, from scratch cooking environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Shifts can vary from week to week, but general shifts are 4pm-12:30am, 9:30am-6pm, 12pm-8pm
