Beacon Physiotherapy is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic receptionist interested in personal and professional growth. You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists and other professionals with their caseload.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic
- Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner
- Act as liaison between the client and other service providers by coordinating the flow of clients and client information with the multidisciplinary teams
- Organize, maintain and update patient files, and assist patients through their schedule of appointments; invoicing and daily reports
- Assist Physiotherapists with busy caseloads
- Perform administrative duties that include, but are not limited to; scan, fax, process incoming and outgoing faxes, upload documents to EMRs
- Effectively managing and following up incoming and outgoing referral processes
- Performs their tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
- Third party, MVA, WSIB and Private billing and collection
- Protect and comply with privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians in accordance with the _Health Information Act_
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Medical Office Assistant experience an asset
- Experience working with Jane software
- preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform with enthusiasm and professionalism in a busy environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tecumseh, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
